How to get there

 

By train

The faculty is a pleasant 10-minute walk from the Ostrava-Stodolní railway station.

From the Ostrava hlavní nádraží (Main Railway Station), take a tram (lines 1, 2, 8) and get off at the Stodolní or Elektra stops.

 

By bus

The faculty is a 20-minute walk from Ústřední autobusové nádraží (ÚAN / Central Bus Station), or you can take the tram (lines 1, 2, 8), direction Hlavní nádraží (Main Railway Station), and get off at the Elektra or Stodolní stops.

 

By plane

From Leoš Janáček Ostrava Airport, take a train to the railway station Ostrava hlavní nádraží (Main Station), then a tram (lines 1, 2, 8) to the Stodolní or Elektra stops. Another option is to go by train to the station Ostrava-Stodolní; the faculty is a pleasant 10-minute walk from the railway station.

From Václav Havel Airport Prague: take the shuttle bus Airport Express (AE) to hlavní nádraží (Prague Main Railway Station), then go by train to Ostrava hlavní nádraží; then by tram (lines 1, 2, 8) to the Stodolní or Elektra stops. Another option is to go by train to the Ostrava-Stodolní station; the faculty is a pleasant 10-minute walk from the railway station.
