The workshop aims to discuss the potential of cross-language treebank data. Specifically, we will briefly introduce the annotation framework of Universal Dependencies treebanks as well as discuss the differences between this framework and other treebank projects. We will also discuss how to use the Universal Dependencies data to do language typology studies.
